While ingame or at the menu type the following codes:

[CTRL] + Bali: All Levels Unlocked
[CTRL] + Wmd: All Weapons
gwb: Enables/Disables cheats
[CTRL] + Terror: God Mode
[CTRL] + Jihad: Unlimited Ammo

Hints

NOTE: As their name suggests hints are not exactly Bad Day L.A. cheats, and are usually just simple (but very useful) tips on how you can unlock secret level, features, find hidden areas and such. Hopefully these will make playing Bad Day L.A. even more entertaining.

Simply beat the game once on any difficulty to unlock the level select for all difficulties.
